8hb June 2010 (Tuesday)

-We went to Kingfisher Cove construction site.
-Met with the Construction Project Manager, Mr. Liew. He told us on the authority he has towards the success of the project.
-Picutre shows ground to 1st floor column has finished.
-The arrow shows the conduit system for the M&E, buried down the slab.
-Those rebars "Dowell Rebars" point by the red arrow is somehow much longer than the other rebars. This rebars will be used for stairs construction for better strength.
-Those bricks were arranged using interlocking basic for porper bonding and strength.
-Picture shows the formwork for pre-casting the lintel beam has already been eloborated on previous entry.
-Service Hole : crucial part for maintaining optimum efficiency for drainage.
-Manhole
-Bar bending machine
-Concrete spilled along the column. This usually occur due to defect/unproper formwork for the beam above.
-In the evening, we went to LKH for handing over key to the purchaser officially. We came there early, just to check on the unit. It was found that there was a problem with the window, in the master bedroom. We managed to called the maintenance to fix the problem.
