- Did last inspection on unit I-3-12, Seri Idaman Apartment in Lokawi Heights, before handing over the key officially to the purchaser.
- After that,we went to inspect another unit in Block Seri Maya Apartment. From what I can see, most defects on the units are tiles problem.

Followed Mrs. Nurziah to Asia City Complex. We met the purchaser of a shop lot in Asia City Complex (one of SUDC's Project) for handing over the key officially.
